Monica, a Ugandan, is a lawyer specializing in law and development. She is presently a Senior Adviser at the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre, Chr. Michelsen Institute, Bergen, Norway, where she coordinates U4’s work on mainstreaming anti-corruption in basic service sectors and gender and corruption.
