Sana is a young powerful voice for communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who have suffered due to their gender identities, sexual orientations, and expressions.

Sana is a strategy expert who has a commitment to ensure that marginalized voices are centered and reflected in today's society. She has played a critical role in formulating provincial transgender protection policy and has conducted research on the accessibility of healthcare challenges to sexual and gender minorities. She also documents the violence against transgender community cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
