Matt Beard is Executive Director at All Out. All Out is a global movement for love and equality, working towards a world in which nobody has to sacrifice their family or freedom, their safety or dignity because of who they are or who they love. All Out's work connects grassroots LGBT+ partners across the world with its large international membership to raise visibility and resources for equality and dignity for all. Prior to joining All Out in January 2016, Matt served as the International Director of Fundraising and Communications at Action Aid, a global anti-poverty and women's rights organization. In that capacity, Matt oversaw a $350 million fundraising operation focused on expanding the organization's portfolio of grassroots donors, with particular success strengthening the organization’s leadership and revenue base in the global south. Prior to joining Action Aid, Matt served for 10 years at Amnesty International in the UK, Australia, Germany and Canada, leading teams working on digital engagement, fundraising and communications.
