Chair
Jermyn Brooks currently chairs the Business Principles Steering Committee of Transparency International (TI), and is a board member of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, Geneva.
His work on behalf of TI began in 2000 and included roles as CFO, Managing Director, Board member (from 2003 – 2006 and again 2011 – 2014), and leader of TI’s private sector programmes.  His involvement in external outreach included membership of the Wolfsberg Anti-Money Laundering group, founding membership of the World Economic Forum’s PACI initiative and chairing the 10th Principle Working Group of the UN Global Compact from 2009 – 2013. 
Jermyn has acted as lecturer and instructor in numerous conferences on anti-corruption, good governance and sustainability around the world, in Africa, South America, Asia and most countries in Europe.  He has provided advice as a member of review committees of corporate social responsibility and sustainability reporting for many MNCs.
Previous engagement has included chairmanship of the Global Network Initiative, Washington D.C.  (2011 – 2014), board member of International IDEA, Stockholm, (2006 – 2012) and chair of the Supervisory Group of AIESEC, Rotterdam (2003 – 2006).
Jermyn joined TI after a career in PricewaterhouseCoopers, which ended with the position of Global Managing Partner with responsibility for completing the merger which created the joint firm between 1998 and 2000.
