I work with CoST the infrastructure transparency initiative and you can talk to me about infrastructure transparency and accountability. We have a booth in the main hall so please come by for a chat, pick up some of our materials and find out how YOU can contribute towards strengthening infrastructure governance. I lead the CoSTs work on our potential added value in high-income countries where there is also room for improvement and efficiency gains to be made to get better value for money from infrastructure investments.
Incidentally also more than happy to discuss anything related to lusophone countries in Africa, particularly Angola and Mozambique.
