Obaa Akua Konadu is the Policy and Advocacy Manager at Youth Empowerment Synergy, a youth-focused NGO in Ghana, where she manages a portfolio of policy and advocacy projects and leads on
external relations and international advocacy processes. She leads the “SDG Youth Action Campaign” and “Improving Youth Participation in Public Policy” Projects. She has participated in a number of international processes relating to democracy and governance.
She is passionate about youth development, women’s well-being and sustainable development. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community (Accra Hub). Obaa Akua She holds MSc Development Administration and Planning from the University College London.
