Nadja joined Transparency International in 2007 as an intern the Communications Department, where she worked for two years in the Public and Media Relations Unit. She also gained work experience in public broadcasting, cultural management and the education sector prior to supporting the TI Managing Director for six years. In March 2017, she joined the Climate Governance Integrity Programme and in 2018, she also organises TI's Anti-Corruption Award.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theatre from the Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
