Technical Unit on Governance and Anti-Corruption Reforms (TUGAR)
Lilian Ekeanyanwu has over thirty years' experience as an attorney at law and the Head of the Technical Unit on Governance and Anti-Corruption Reforms - TUGAR, a government of Nigeria institution with the mandate to provide coordinated data through empirical research, and facilitate inter-agency coordination. Ms Ekeanyanwu has done significant work in anti-corruption research and programming and as the Head of TUGAR, has led the process of Corruption Risk Assessments in Nigeria. She has also done a lot of training and research work on the Global and regional anti-corruption Conventions and on Gender and Corruption. She was the National Coordinator, Zero-Corruption Coalition is Co-author of “The Dimensions of Corruption in post war Liberia-rebuilding the pillars of integrity and strengthening capacities”. Ms Ekeanyanwu is an individual member of Transparency International and has coordinated and moderated workshops in several past IACC sessions especially in the area of Gender and Corruption.
