Giuliana Carducci is a consultant in the Municipal Integrity Team at Bloomberg Associates, where she works with client cities to design and implement transparency initiatives to increase accountability, promote citizen engagement and reduce inefficiencies in government procedures and services. Prior to Bloomberg Associates, Giuliana worked on a published report about the role of civil society in transparency reforms in Honduras with Transparency International, economic development policy with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and inclusion of new technologies in public schools with the City of Rio de Janeiro. Previously, Giuliana was as a political analyst at the Organization of American States (OAS).
