The fight against corruption was officially started in Madagascar in 2004. The Independent Anti-corruption Office ( BIANCO ) is in charge of leading it in the sector of the education of the prevention and the law enforcement. The level of integrity of the malagasy society being still very low (28/100 of iPC), such an international match would be an opportunity for the country to know the best practice of the other States, especially as we are setting up a new national strategy of fight against corruption.
